The origins of Chinese herbal medicine in China can be traced back at least five thousand years, making it one of the oldest and most long-standing health care systems in the world. At 3 Treasure, our qualified practitioners are able to prescribe a Chinese herbal formula that specifically matches and treats your individual health problem. As your condition changes and improves with treatment, the Chinese herbal treatment is also adjusted and modified until the desired health outcome is achieved.

At 3 Treasure we have high quality products in accordance with TGA health standards.  Herbal formulas are prescribed after careful assessment to vitalise the five elements (organs), balance Yin and Yang Qi, nourish, strengthen and regulate the flow of energy througout the body.  This will ensure optiumum health and longevity.

1.) A patient who had undergone hip replacement surgery needed a screw put back in that had come loose over the years.  After surgery and receipt of a bill for $5000 he asked his doctor "How can putting in one screw cost so much?".  His doctor replied "Well, the screw itself costs about $5 but the other $4995 is for knowing exactly how and where to put it"  The patient feeling well, laughed and smiled happily.

2.) A young man was getting his wisdom tooth removed from the dentist.  After applying the anaesthetic, the tooth was out in 1 minute.  As we all know the costs of going to the dentist, he asked "how can you charge me $550 when it only took you 1 minute to take it out?"  The dentist replied "well... if you like, when I remove your next tooth, I can take 1 hour to remove it so you can have value for money".... after thinking about it that way, the patient replied "no no no too painful, quicker is better."

Of course, what we're referring to is that its the skill & knowledge of the practitioner that contributes to the prices of the formulas.  These formulas can substantially shorten treatment times and lessen the overall cost.  This is why people visit their doctors in the first place, as they know how best to take care of you.
